    One of the reasons I am continuing with this "Fitness Journey" is because of you. You are an awesome teacher. You always make the classes enjoyable. There are always two or three modifications for each exercise. You take into account various abilities and individual challenges and all classes are different. There is always a mixture of strength, cardio , weights, and stretching in every class. Then, there are the theme classes such as Halloween. I believe you generally care about us; you are always positive

    Cindy’s most important advice to the 55+ crowd is, “Move! Move your body regularly by walking or moving your feet. Stand more and sit less”. I think you will agree that you will feel better and your body will thank you. Cindys program certainly offers lots of opportunities to try different exercise options
