In this class we do about 15-20 minutes of walking and other cardiorespiratory moves then we progress to a strength training segment where we use dumb bells then we end class with a stretch
This class focuses on strengthening your abs and back and you must be comfortable on the floor. Includes a warm up and stretch. You will need to be on a comfortable surface such as a carpet or mat. Class is under 30 minutes long.
Cardio HIIT – Class includes cardio movements from our HIIT classes as well as simple aerobic moves with range of motion for your muscles and joints. You can do low or high impact. Modifications offered. This cardio class will get your heart pumping and get you sparkling.
Stretch and Sculpt – Lower impact and slower paced than the HIIT classes. Entails a full body workout using light weights, exercise balls and resistance bands to tone and sculpt your body.
