CHAIR YOGA

Chair Yoga description -Enjoy the benefits of yoga while seated in a chair. This is an adapted yoga practise and ideal if you have mobility limitations, need more support, managing an injury or want a more gentle approach to yoga without getting on the floor. Yoga challenges your balance and flexibility. Some poses have the option to stand but most poses are done seated.
