MOVE AND GROOVE CARDIO
A fun way to exercise and help achieve those recommended daily cardio minutes. Move your body to some funky tunes and sing along in the comfort and safety of your personal space. Some classes will we incorporate ‘drumming’ in class with your drum sticks or wooden spoons or other utensils you can safely hit together. After cardio class we will exercise our brains for a few minutes with some trivia and games.
