FIT ON THE BALL
This class is for those who want to work their core and be on the floor. Challenging and intense workout to train your balance, strengthen your abs, low back, and other large muscles of your body. May include some fun cardio drumming on the ball for our warm up before we transition into balance, strength, stretch and relaxation. You will need a stability ball as well as spoons or drum sticks or your hands for our fun drumming portion.
