STRETCH AND SCULPT
Lower impact and slower paced than the HIIT classes. Entails a full body workout using light weights, exercise balls and resistance bands to tone and sculpt your body. Emphasis on proper body alignment to develop strength, endurance and stretching to improve flexibility. This class also includes exercises to help strengthen your body to prevent falls.This class can benefit any level of fitness including those with arthritis and osteoporosis. Class includes cardio, strength, balance and stretching.
