FITNESS FRIDAY- HIIT with Weights

Similar to regular HIIT but you can integrate dumbbells or bands in the strength segment. This class also involves quick, intense cardio and strength bursts followed by short recovery periods. HIIT allows you to burn more fat in less time while also adding resistance to those muscles and bones. This workout also includes a warm up, cool down and stretch.
